Hello, We are currently running Magnolia EE v5.3.7 with Vanity Url module v1.3.2 . In our web server we have multiple sites that are associated with multiple domains. We use Apache rewrites to point requests to our multiple sites. With the Vanity app if we create a Vanity url and a request is received from that vanity url we are limited to our defaultBaseUrl as the URL prefix when the URL is constructed (i came upon this in the DomainNamePathTransformer class). We want to be able to construct the URL with the domain the target site is associated to. Ex. Vanity url: /join Vanity url: /services Instead when a request is received for Thanks |

@aspickard This feature should be already included in the module. You have to configure your different sites with domains in Magnolia and reference the site in your vanity url item. The vanity-url module uses the standard link rendering from Magnolia. So it respects the domain configuration in the multisite module. So if you set for your othersitename site the domain www.othercompany.com then should Magnolia create the target URL www.othercompany.com/othersitename/dir/services.html. |
