Use JSP 2.0/2.1 instead of out-dated JSP 1.2 templates

      Switching to JSP 2.0/2.1 would e.g. allow us to use simple tag files.

      Question is if this would have an impact on any application server we support (e.g. WebLogic?). Comments appreciated!
