After upgrade to 4.0 old samples content is still present, but no longer viewable

      The only message in the logs when trying to open help page from old samples is

      WARN   info.magnolia.module.templating.RenderingFilter RenderingFilter.java(getNodedataAstream:230) 23.01.2009 11:01:53  Resource not found: [/help]

      Also after the upgrage /modules/sample contains nothing but a version of the module.

      To reproduce, install clean magnolia 363 with samples and then upgrade to the latest 4.0 code with samples.
