The default values defined in config have to be used in the site map creation dialog.
Currently, the options default values are used.
This produce an inconsistency:

• define 'changeFrequency' = 'daily' in the config.
• create a new sitemap, and go to the default value tab.
  • the changeFrequency = 'weekly'
