Add code changes for JSP's during migration of template from 4.4 to 4.5

      During the migration process for JSP's we have to do the following replacement:
      cmsfn.editMode to cmsfn:isEditMode()
      cmsfn.authorInstance to cmsfn:isAuthorInstance()
      cmsfn.previewMode to cmsfn:isPreviewMode()
      cmsfn.publicInstance to cmsfn:isPublicInstance()

      We may also log this into the report.
