You add a downloadList component in your page, then you go to dmx open one of the document dialogs, click on remove. The node is still there but there is no document. When rendering this on website you get a freemarker error on document.fileSize.
After investigating a little it takes me to dms Document object, getFileSize method fails, does not return null so freemarker template fails even when using Has_content or exists
