Steps:

1. Create a new page at the root level
2. Assign this root level page a Redirect template
3. Create a new sub page off the root
4. Assign the sub page a Home template
5. Click off of the template drop down
6. Click on the template drop down again. Home will disappear.
7. Select Article template and click off the drop down
8. Click on the template drop down again. Home will be available again.

You can keep repeating the steps and Home will come and go as being available.
