STKTemplatingFunctionForAssetTest.testGetAssetLink() can not be passed in China

      In China, when you execute 'mvn clean install' on STK module, STKTemplatingFunctionForAssetTest.testGetAssetLink() won't be passed.
      It should support correct timezone to Date '2012-02-17-10-02-51'.
