A role cannot be created by a local admin when paths without access rights are entered before a correct path is used.
To reproduce:
With a local admin in a folder:
- create a new role and select tab Access Control Lists
- under "website":
- enter path / (no permission) and try to save
- enter path /blubberlutsch (website with no permission) and try to save
- enter path /site-with-permission (website WITH permission) and try to save
All 3 action produce an error, in the first two cases it's OK. But the third attempt should work because permissions are OK.
