I'd like to try to add a fast "popup" animation when opening and closing light dialogs. See "fade in & scale" on this site, but without darking the background.

The duration should be very short as light dialogs are supposed to be feeling "light" and thus should not take much time to appear and to disappear.

I'm not convinced we need a transition at all, actually, since a "light" element remenant of a "paper note" actually could do without. However, it seems that some people expect a transition and I'd thus like to try this out.
