defaultValue in M5 checkbox dialog definitions does not work

      Steps to reproduce

      Configure M5 dialog definition with a checkbox, we can't get it to be checked by default using defaultValue:

          - name: assetDisplayGradient
      fieldType: checkbox
      label: Display gradient?
      buttonLabel: Checked - yes, unchecked - no
      defaultValue: true
      description: Gradient to be displayed over the media asset to help with readibility

      Expected results

      defaultValue property should set it to be checked

      Actual results

      field has not been checked
