As a user I want to understand that an item that is marked for deletion is not longer available to be used .

ACs:

• All the visible information from the 'marked for deletion' item remains visible in the grid, but faded away reenforcing that the content is inactive/disabled.
• All information get greyed out, but the status label remains fully visible
• The marked for deletion status contains 4 states – follow updates made to the table UI in searchX for reference
  • Default (with white background)
  • Hover (with light-grey background)
  • Selected (with brand green background)
  • Selected-hover (with darker brand green background)
