ACs:

• Primary button mouse hover effect to cover the white button completely
• Primary button mouse hover colour to be brighter and less grey – 75% of the white colour or equivalent HEX colour #FFF0C9
• Icon "X" to close pop up on mouse hover should be black
• applicable globally to all dialogs

For accessibility purposes this change should be done globally whenever there's a yellow popup message. Yellow text on white background has poor legibility
