Steps to reproduce
- Create a test with all required setup
- Start the test with schedule time
- Try to set the time in CET time (or whatever timezone of current login user) or even your local time
Expected results
- The test should be start at the schedule time with the timezone of current logon user (superuser or eric)
Actual results
- The test won't start at the scheduled time
Development notes
- Should create a new field "scheduledStartDate" to separate with the existing one "startDate"
- Investigate the function StartTestAction#convertToCalendar to convert the input date with the configured timezone of the user
