Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new test with test name is "Test 1", save the test
2. Create another test with the same name "Test 1", click save

Expected results

• Should show error notification that the existing a test with the input name

Actual results

• Exception throws like the screenshot and log
• The exception message is unclear to users because the test can be saved anytime or ask to save when creating a variant, so the user don't know what is the cause

Development notes

In the save test action, we can check the uniqueness of the test name and show error notification.
