Since the EE9 artifacts in most cases come at the same Maven coordinates as the EE8 ones, we will need an extra BOM to manage these. Internally we will need such a BOM at least for

• the refactored modules (see DEV-2173) (effort currently on hold)
• our transformed ee9 artifacts (see DEV-2188), where it could be helpful to manage those dependencies that skip the transformation process. This currently affects only the bouncy castle libraries, but we could envision to also skip transformation for all those libraries which already have EE9 compliant counterparts.
