Maven site-deploy broken after removal of outdated wagon-webdav-jackrabbit dependency

      WebDAV support was removed in POMs 49 which resulted in the following error when doing mvn site-deploy 

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-site-plugin:3.8.2:deploy (default-deploy) on project magnolia-packs-enterprise-parent: Unsupported protocol: 'dav' for site deployment to distributionManagement.site.url=dav:https://nexus.magnolia-cms.com/content/sites/magnolia.public.sites/magnolia-parent-pom/49/.

      Removal of dav from distribSiteRoot results in a different error

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-site-plugin:3.8.2:deploy (default-deploy) on project magnolia-enterprise-bundle-parent: Wagon protocol 'https' doesn't support directory copying -> [Help 1]
