Steps to reproduce

1. Configure the Content Dependencies Module to use campaign-manager as a source of references. ie. To scan for components used in campaigns as a source of references. eg. to images.
2. Use the dependencies field to see a link to a campaign and click it.

Expected results

1. The campaign is opened in the browser subapp

Actual results

1. The subapp is opened but the campaign is not selected

Development notes

Campaign manager uses URLs such as
http://localhost:8080/.magnolia/admincentral#app:campaign-manager-app:browser;/Repeating-Christmas-Campaign/Repeating-Christmas-Campaign::
Note the double colon at the end.

Other apps append no double colon such as:
http://localhost:8080/.magnolia/admincentral#app:tours:browser;/magnolia-travels/Scuba-Diving-in-Bahamas--famed-Tiger-Beach

OR, such as with the DAM, can use both:
https://demo.magnolia-cms.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:dam:jcrBrowser;/tours/shark_brian_warrick_0824.JPG::
