Steps to reproduce

1. Open the stories app on demoauthor
2. Choose a story and click the publish action
   1. story was published and a version was created
3. Open the story for editing
4. Click "save and publish"
   1. Story was saved, but not versioned

Expected results

The story should be versioned in both ways of publishing.

Actual results

Story isn't versioned by publishing from the stories editor. It should be configurable like in the standard publish action which command catalog should be used.

Workaround

Implement an own action with usage of the versioned commands catalog.
