Description

When you submit a Batch which executions hasn't started yet, the Cancel Submission action should abort the Batch submission, but instead of it, it crashed with the error:

info.magnolia.translation.ext.provider.translationscom.translator.TranslationsComTranslator: Initializing connection to GlobalLink
info.magnolia.translation.ext.provider.translationscom.translator.TranslationsComTranslator: Cannot cancel submission ticket [null] . Client received SOAP Fault from server: Submission id parameter must be specified. Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
info.magnolia.commands.MgnlCommand: Cannot cancel the submissionId : [null]

After this error, the Batch successfully gets submitted.

Steps to reproduce

1.  Start a Magnolia instance which has CSTX installed
2.  Go to Pages app and select a page which is i18n
3. Clic on action "Add to translation Batch"
4. Fulfill and save the dialog
5. Open Translation Extended app
6. Select the batch created on the step 4 and click on the action Submit Batch
7. Click on Cancel submission action

Expected results

The Batch submission is canceled

Actual results

The Batch submission is not canceled and it finishes successfully
