He found the following error in the logs:

Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

He did a restart and since the restart, everything has been back to normal.

However, it seems that it is caused by the CTX module, as seen in the class name:

retrieveTranslationResultFromExternalServiceJob
