When info.magnolia.ai.image.DefaultImageRecognitionService is configured with info.magnolia.ai.image.NoopImageRecogniser, this shouldn't let images tag as triedToBeTagged. Since the NoopImageRecogniser is set, those requests should return emptyList. Currently it is the case but there is a detail of tagging images as 'triedToBeRecognised'.
