• should have a drop down of all log files located under magnolia.logs.dir=${magnolia.home}/logs
• each file should be viewable in the subapp (limit to 1.5k lines for now)
• each files should be downloadable, except if they're empty
• show file size after selection

• provide basic unit tests
• provide install task to add it to the app-launcher under tools.

App should be called Log Tools (logTools in configuration).
SubApp should be named Log Viewer (viewer in configuration).
