FCKEditor : popup links don't follow accessibilty principles

      Here are a few pointers as to how to achieve accessible popups : http://alistapart.com/articles/popuplinks
      Basically, the href attribute should be left intact (with a plain url), and the onclick event should take care of opening the window (onclick="popup(this); return false")
