tc:out returns UTC formatted date which is not the local date/time.
using format() instead of formatUTC returns the exact date.

I've compared the dates in the dialogs with those displayed in the paragraph
and also tried to display the date with el: ${node.date.time}
In both cases the dates were 1 hour earlier (???) then the one from <tc:out..>
which is my TimeZone GMT+1, i guess
