Creating of SingletonParagraphTemplateModel crashes on getting locale

      SingletonParagraphTemplateModel is created outside WebContext and therefore will fail when i18n is enabled.

      Steps to reproduce:

      • Download + bootstrap
      • Go to config:/server/i18n/content and set "enabled" to true
      • Create a new stkNewsOverview page
      • Try to open page
