Remove the dependency to magnolia-4-5-migration from the ce bundle

      The ce bundle define dependency to magnolia-4-5-migration. This module may only be necessary for migration from 4.4.6 to 4.5.x.

      We should remove this dependency or if not possible change the version from 1.2.6 to 2.1-SNAPSHOT
