MAGNOLIA-5578 provided new constructors with autogenerated descriptions.
Replace old constructors with new ones if possible:

• where task name and descriptions is the same.
• where task name or description doesn't provide any extra information.
• where a description is missing
  -> create child task in corresponding modules

The goals of this improvement are:

1. Make module version handlers more readable and clear.
2. Reduce the amount of useless strings.
3. Do not force people to add descriptions if a goal of a task is clear (they often add empty string instead anyway)
