new Hamcrest Matcher to help build chaining Matchers

      It's currently fairly difficult to build custom matchers which can be used in "chain" mode. This proposed abstract Matcher helps making this possible:

       dummyWithName("a").withTitle("fooTitle")

      Complete samples are in YamlConfigurationSourceTest and of course a concrete Matcher such as info.magnolia.config.dummy.DummyThingMatcher in the config branch.
