Load module descriptors through resource-loader

      We currently find and load module descriptors using ClasspathResourceUtil and classpath scanning. We could probably benefit from loading them through the resource-loader (Origins) API; this would require splitting core.

      Attaching a patch for resource-loader that would un-ignore those resources as a kickstarter if needed.
