Having added dependencies tab in page's properties dialog, when creating a page, a list of dependencies is shown as if the page would depend on them despite being a new page not saved yet. (see attached 1-dependencies.png)

Once it's created (saved), dependencies list is clear as expected. (see attached 2-dependencies.png)

Steps to reproduce in travel-demo:

1. Add dependencies tab to /travel-demo/dialogs/pages/pageProperties.yaml as said in documentation
2. Go to pages app and create a new page with travel-home template
3. Go to dependencies tab, you will get the same as in the attached 1-dependencies.png
4. Press save changes
5. Go to created page's properties and go to dependencies tab, you will get the same as in the attached 2-dependencies.png, no dependencies at all.
