Only when the magnolia.yaml.envsubst feature flag is set to true, will the following syntax in a YAML file parse the environment variable:

<url>: !env https://${<ENV>}.api.com/<endpoint>

NOTE: This will only work in plain YAML definitions, not YAML decorator files.
