Magnolia 6.3 instance randomly fails after the 2nd start

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Install magnolia-comunity-webapp (6.3 version)
      2. Stop the installed instance and start it again

      Expected results

      Magnolia instance is correctly running

      Actual results

      Randomly fails with HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error page is displayed and exception is thrown to the log see attachments.
