In 6.2 and 6.3

Step to reproduce:

• Have running dx-core instance
• Add attached light module to the webapp
• Open definitions app and see there is a major problem

Expectation: 

• The problem should not be reported, as the light module defines its dependency to tours (see module.yaml)

Workaround: restart tomcat server
