Tests: Maven profile jetty6-standalone does not work anymore

      Manual (and UI) test profiles are currently not executable with old jetty6-standalone.

      EE build should have the same issues.

      How to reproduce

      Similarly, the following command

      mvn clean install -Pjetty6-standalone,manual-tests

      will also result in a build failure:
