Context

Re-enable all tests in ChangePasswordUITests on both

• master (6.3) and
• release/6.2

Against which security app?

These tests originally had been written against bundle with "old security-app".
Since there are now both old and new sec.app, question arised,

• whether test should run against new or old sec.app?
• which sec.app will be on which bundles?

• on 6.3 -> only new sec.app
• on 6.2 -> both available (until EOL); old one visible by default
  • bundle contains both

for testing:

• On 6.3 -> test against the new sec.app
• On 6.2 -> test against the old one
