Insert images from external sources while editing

ACs:

• External image can be inserted by copying and pasting, or filling its URL into the Image Insert dialog
• External images can be rendered into the editor by using the URL
• External Image content will never be persisted to DB, only its URL
• Saved URL can be rendered into the editor on form loaded
