When a module with 2 contenttyupes is deployed, and one of the CT has a reference to the other CT, sometimes (probably based on loading order) the "link field" that should be generated for the reference in the editor UI is not displayed - and a simple text input is displayed instead. 

The logs show a message like:

"Unknown configured type tourVehicle"

when tourVehicle is the CT that is referenced.

To reproduce: deploy this light module and try to create a new tourOffice. (TourOffice references tourVehicle)
