Currently, when you have one or multiple assets selected in the Assets App, the upload action is disabled. 

As an author, I want to be able to upload assets also when an asset(-s) is already selected.

Current behaviour

Now when you upload, the focus is on the selected files 

Desired behaviour

• Following the upload, we want to be able to upload new items - despite the focus on recently uploaded items 
• When I delete an item(-s) I want to be able to upload new items, when the focus is on the deleted one 
• When I have multiple folders selected, I am NOT able to Upload new items (action disabled) as it would confusing to know where I am uploading the new ones
• When I select asset(-s) + the parent folder, the multi-upload id available, and the new assets are uploaded to the parent folder
