Use official AddHeadersFilter instead of unsupported CORS filter in all demo projects

      The cors module was used to enable cors on the demo (introduced in https://jira.magnolia-cms.com/browse/DEV-687)

      This module should be removed from the public demo, as it is no longer needed.

      The actual demo projects (not the public demo) should now bootstrap a filter using the AddHeadersFilter (introduced in 5.6.2 ) to make the same /.rest/* urls available (and available via CORS).
