to reproduce:

• go to config:/modules/dms/commands/activate and replace startFlow with activate from config:/modules/admininterface/commands/default
• login as eric (or any other user w/o superuser role
• go to Documents:/demo-project, create folder and upload the image into folder
• try to activate newly created folder with subnodes
