Symptom: Sometimes the green bars show up, sometimes they do not.

This is a finding from D&G, sometime the parent change detection off, angular wont pick up the internal change to the property openComment as it has been changed programmatically.

Development note

Call this.changeDetectorRef.detectChanges() after properties are changed programmatically in EditableArea (maybe we should check for EditablePage and EditableComponent as well).
