On our public instance live demo (5.7 EE), if you register, sign in, and book a tour, then in the last step before submitting the tour order, you should be provided with a summary of the order (a summary form field), but it doesn't work for me, there's only "Summary" header and that's it:

When testing this in the latest 6.0CE the best result under the "Summary" header was a two-column table showing sth like:

that is mapping JCR node content-hierarchy numbers instead of field labels
