Some of the dialogs of some forum-component should allow the user to choose a forum- or thread-node. Currently that's not possible.
The following fields are affected

• /modules/forum/dialogs/threadView/form/tabs/tabMain/fields/threadId
• /modules/forum/dialogs/threadList/form/tabs/tabMain/fields/forumId

To do so, ContentAppDescriptor must be used for the app "forum"; then the appDescriptor of the forumApp must be configured with ChooseDialogDefinition.
