Old and unnecessary properties are present in bootstrap files

      Leading to Definitions app problems.

      • 'allowedParameters' was commited in 2007 and can safely be removed.
      • 'nodeType', 'subAppId' and 'appName' were probably commited by mistake

      The selected attribute from CheckboxFieldDefinition was removed a long time ago (MGNLUI-1636). However, the property is still around in many bootstrap files. It should be removed.
