As a Developer, I can use GraphQL protocols to GET content exposed by Magnolia, so that I can complete my project effectively with the technologies I love.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Developer can easily make a contenttypes available via GraphQL. (Maybe by just specifying a list of contenttypes, or by a config option in the contenttype)
• A Developer can access the GraphQL endpoints to get content.
• Developer can get related content specified in the contenttype.
• A GraphiQL UI is available (could be via the CLI) (https://github.com/graphql/graphiql)
• In this epic we only support getting content, not mutating content in Magnolia.
