Steps to reproduce

1.  Build cloud webapp with these changes https://git.magnolia-cms.com/projects/CLOUD/repos/magnolia-cloud/pull-requests/620/diff#webapp/pom.xml
2. Start the webapp
3. Click around (or inspect the network request, you can see the PUSH calls except for the first one are empty)

Expected results

Cache is not included in the webapp.

Actual results

Cache is not included in the webapp with Gzip filter which is missing bypass for Vaadin push, causing freezing requests in browser.

Workaround

Disable the GZIP filter (enabled=false) https://nightly.magnolia-cms.com/.magnolia/admincentral#app:configuration:browser;/server/filters/gzip@class:treeview:

Development notes

The bypass is missing because of a random installation order of modules so the freeze issue might not affect all installations.
