Allow ZIP upload in resources app

Description

Our templaters are asking for the following feature:

Allow Upload of ZIP-Files in Resources app (like in DAM)

Uploading several resources is a very common use-case for the templaters:

when adding javascript libraries (mega-wazoo-slider-widget) these come with a bunch of resources: js, css, images
when receiving designs from agencies, there are often folders with a large number of images - all the pics used by the design

At the moment each file has to be uploaded manually one-by-one... what a pain!

ZIP-Upload should:

preserve folder structure from ZIP file
replace resources with same name
handle js, css and binary resources

Hi,

Ok, my templaters have just told me they can now use webdav to upload resources, also multiple at a time. So for us the need for this feature is no longer so strong.

For users who can't use webdav it might still be a nice feature.
