Implement REST integration tests according to outcome of the preceding research.

• Specify which cases to test (ideally we test features individually)
  • Highlight redundancies with existing unit tests
• Add a webapp artifact to the REST reactor
  • exclude it from releasing? are other test-webapps excluded from releases already?
• Bootstrap dummy test content (under WEB-INF/bootstrap/common)
• Evaluate whether or not to provide a "manual-tests" profile (effectively just booting tomcat via maven plugin)
  • may not even be mandatory, as the webapp is easily deployed from the IDE too
