Remove Norsu dependency

      As Norsu won’t be part of 6.3.0 release, it is safe to assume that the submodule pulling in Norsu can be removed from 3.0.0 version.
      Trying to build it during a dry run 6.3.0 release results in the following error

      [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.codehaus.mojo:versions-maven-plugin:2.16.2:use-releases (default-cli) on project magnolia-rest-norsu-delivery: No matching release of info.magnolia.types:magnolia-content-types-norsu:jar:2.0-SNAPSHOT found for update -> [Help 1]

      I will comment it out in pom.xml for now, so that the dry-run release tests can move on.
